Eric brings many years of professionalism, experience and integrity to our Laurel Bay team. Under his leadership and direction, we have become the standard and staple of excellence in rehab and healthcare in our community and in Monmouth County, NJ

Roven Robinson

Director of Nursing

Roven has been a part of Laurel Bay since 2001 in various nursing roles before becoming the director of nursing in 2007. She is dedicated to overseeing the care and well being of all the residents at Laurel Bay.

Dina Pechillo

Assistant Administrator

Dina is our Assistant Administrator at Laurel Bay. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in the field of Social Work and is a licensed Social Worker for the State of NJ. Her passion and training include working with the Geriatric population and a special focus on Crisis and Compliance Management. October 2018, marks the end of her eighteenth year here at Laurel Bay! Dina’s hard work and dedication over the years is appreciated by all our families and residents, as well as her peers.

Dr. Avtar Parhar

Pulmonary Program Medical Director

Dr. Parhar is a leading Pulmonary specialist with a long and rich history of private practice in our community and area hospitals. We are proud to have him on board as Medical Director of our unrivaled Pulmonary care program. We are proud of Cynthia's incredibly positive influence on our heralded Pulmonary Rehab program. Working closely with Dr. Parhar, Cynthia heads up the day-to-day pulmonary specialty care provided to our patients and residents.

Seema Wagle

Director of Rehab

Seema has been an occupational therapist for the past 24 years with experience in acute and long term care. She has been with Prime Rehabilitation Services for four years. She has been working at Laurel Bay as an occupational therapist for the past four years and as director of rehab for 1 year. Her goal is to provide each individual with the care necessary to regain their optimal level of functioning and independence

Dana Weber, CTRS, CDP

Director of Recreation

Dana holds a B.A. in Recreation Administration and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and a Certified Dementia Practitioner with a specialty in enriching the lives of Alzheimer’s sufferers. Dana uses her amazing talent and creativity to develop numerous, exciting events and activities for all our residents, with the goal of enhancing their quality of life and their sense of wellbeing.

Shoshana Stein

Director of Admissions

Shoshana joined our team in 2017 and brings almost a decade of experience in the Skilled Nursing and Healthcare field, as a hospital screener and liaison, a marketing professional and an Admissions Director. Shoshana’s finely developed acumen and expertise in all areas of healthcare insurances, including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements and eligibility, makes her an invaluable admissions director and resource for our patients and their families. Shoshana ensures our patients and families of a seamless admission to our facility and provides an encouraging and helping hand during the tedious and complex Medicaid application process.
